One year ago we expanded our office. Park Associati’s new layout includes a ground floor thought as a place to welcome people and to experiment. This eclectic space has allowed us to imagine the studio hosting exhibitions, events, forays into fields related to architecture. An opportunity for dialogue and exchanging ideas on art, literature, design and science. Above all, an open door to all that happens around us, in Milan and in the world.
Architecture is fuelled by a place’s life, it embodies new desires, it preserves its history but it’s always driven to challenge conventions, to outdo the academies. Park Hub has been created to innovate our business, injecting new life by coming across different experiences, and making them accessible to the city.
In this first year of activity we have hosted the personal photography and art exhibitions of Mario Frusca and Thomas Berra, the installations of young designers during Salone del Mobile, “Disegnare con gli alberi” book presentation by Marco Bay for Bookcity. Much more reserves the next future.

Costruito ad Arte, Andrea Martiradonna – Milano Artweek | 21/03-05/04
Park Hub is pleased to host the solo exhibition COSTRUITO AD ARTE by Andrea Martiradonna, curated by Francesco de Agostini.
The exhibition displays 28 photographic images of views, details, sights of some new buildings in Milan, a city in full architectural transformation. The shots capture essential fragments of architectural structures to express their entirety and, at the same time, tell the contemporary city’s tale. The black and white photographs, printed on special Japanese paper, make up a compact, geometric story on the entire wall where they are grouped.
“A project of artistic personal exploration that goes beyond professional practice. The idea is to shoot photos free from the descriptive constraints required when I work, to let an interpretation of geometries and lights emerge in the manner of my graphic form..” Andrea Martiradonna
Opening Thursday, March 21st | 6.30 p.m. – 9.00 p.m.
Opening hours Mon – Sat | 11.00 a.m. – 7.00 p.m. or by appointment

INSECURE: Public Space in the Age of Big Data – Milano Design Week | 09-14/4
INSECURE: Public Space in the Age of Big Data, the winning project of Park Associati’s first edition ofMilano Design Week Call, by Žan Kobal and Weixiao Shen, will be displayed from 9 to 14 of April at Park Hub. The project aims to challenge the status quo of surveillance systems, by changing the nature of its very core – the surveillance camera.
Curated by Virginio Briatore, the exhibition is intended to enhance critical engagement and start a discussion about the regulations of public space security. The dichotomy between the security purpose of the cameras and the insecurity of their behaviors leads the individual to question on how public spaces are controlled by external authorities rather than their safety condition.
